Purposes

The purposes of the Institute for Research on Presidential Elections (IRPE) are to (1) conduct research, (2) conduct seminars, conferences, debates, and other educational events, (3) disseminate information to the public in the form of reports, books, and on-line, and (4) educate the public, community leaders, opinion leaders, and policy makers with regard to the manner by which we elect the President of the United States.
